How can I order?
You can shop directly from our website, join our live shopping events, or message us for personal shopping requests. We offer flexible ways to shop—your way!

What is a “personal shopping service”?
It means we shop in Japan on your behalf! Just tell us what you want, and we’ll find it, buy it, and ship it to you—whether it's a rare item, a Disney Store exclusive, or limited-edition Sanrio merch!

Do you offer pre-orders?
Yes! We regularly open pre-orders for upcoming releases. Just check our Pre-Order section or follow us on Instagram for announcements.

📦 SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes! We ship internationally from Japan via trusted carriers like Japan Post (EMS, Registered Small Packet Air, ePacket Light and Surface Mail) or DHL. Shipping options depend on your location and item size/weight. 

How much is shipping?
Shipping fees vary depending on the destination and package size. You’ll see the estimated fee at checkout, or you can message us for a quote. For a rough estimate on each shipping method, please check this page

Can I combine orders?
Absolutely! We offer order consolidation to help you save on shipping costs. Just let us know before checkout.

💳 PAYMENTS & FEES

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit/debit cards and PayPal. All payments are processed securely.

Are there additional service fees?
Our service fees are already included in the USD prices listed on our site—no surprises! You can check the equivalent cost in USD currency using our Price Calculator.

However, if your personal shopping order requires us to visit a store for a pickup (e.g., Sanrio, Disney Store, specialty shops), and your total purchase is below $150, an additional $15 fee will apply. This covers pickup, transportation, and any entrance fees (if applicable). These fees are waived if we pick up the item at the same store and date as the live shopping events.

📺 LIVE SHOPPING EVENTS

How do I join your live shopping?
Follow us on Instagram @TokuDeals and turn on post notifications! We host multiple live shopping sessions every week where you can claim items in real time.

How do I order during a live event?
Just comment the short code or item name during the live. We'll confirm your order and send you the invoice after the event.

What if I miss a live sale?
No worries! We always post recaps and accept DM requests. You can also submit a wishlist in advance.

🎁 OMAKASE BOXES & LUCKY BAGS

What is the Omakase Kawaii Box? (LAUNCHING SOON)
It's a surprise monthly (or quarterly) subscription box curated just for you, based on your preferences, favorite characters, and budget. Think of it as a handpicked dose of kawaii straight from Japan!

What’s the difference between the Lucky Bag and the Omakase Box?
Our Lucky Bags are one-time mystery bags from old stock, while the Omakase Box includes new releases and is customized based on your preferences. Both are full of surprises—but the Omakase Box is extra special!

Do you take special requests?
Yes! Looking for a specific plushie, store-exclusive item, or something rare? Just send us your wishlist—we’ll try our best to find it for you.

What if I receive a damaged item?
We carefully inspect and pack every order, but if something arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days. We’ll help you sort it out.
