Deposit Fee Policy

A deposit fee is required to secure items during our Live Sale events or before we purchase your requested items (store pickup/online orders).

• Your deposit will be converted into store credit, which can be applied to your purchased items or shipping fees.

• If no transaction is made, we will issue a 100% refund.

Example:
If you deposit $20 and claim $15 worth of items, with a shipping fee of $10, you will only need to pay an additional $5.

⚠️ Important:

• Claimed or purchased items cannot be canceled.

• The deposit fee will be forfeited in cases of cancellation.

Storage Fee Policy

Orders must be shipped within 1 week. If you request to hold your items longer, a storage fee will apply:

• 5% of the net price or $10 (whichever is higher) will be charged weekly until the order is shipped.
