[DEPOSIT] LIVE SELLING/LIVE SHOPPING

A DEPOSIT FEE is required before you can claim items during any of our Live Sale events.

It is converted into a store credit which can be used to pay for your shipping fee or your purchased items.

We will refund 100% if no transaction is made.

For example, if you made a deposit of $20 and claimed $15 worth of items during the live shopping event and the shipping fee is $10, then you only need to pay an additional $5. 

NO CANCELLATION of CLAIMED ITEMS

The deposit fee will be forfeited.

JPY to USD price (incl. PayPal fee)

(Price in JPY / 100) 

For example, if the price in JPY is 1000 yen then the price in USD would be $10.

STORAGE FEE

A storage fee of 5% of the net price or $10, whichever is higher, will be charged weekly for orders held for shipment after 1 week at the customer's request.
