1.1. In-stock Order
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund minus the shipping cost or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not. You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you received it. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt. Buyers should pay for the return shipping.
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic please expect that there might be possible considerable delays. We will process a refund after 30 days after the expected delivery has been met. Unclaimed parcels that are returned to (Tokudeals) will refund the value of the goods but will NOT refund the value of any shipping paid.
2. Pre-Order Cancellation
If you request to cancel a pre-order with us, please note, you'll forfeit the non-refundable Personal Shopper's Service Fee (usually 10%) that you paid when you placed the order.
2.2. Change of mind
If you've prematurely placed a pre-order item and would like it canceled, please email support at firstname.lastname@example.org to request cancellation within 24 hours of placing that order.
In the case that we can notify the purchasing team to cancel an order in time, we will cancel your order and refund the full amount less the Shopper's service fee of $11 (USD).
In the case we are not able to stop the shipment and you still wish to cancel, you will also be asked to return the item at your cost, and once the item arrives receive a refund less the original shipping cost and the cancellation fee of $20 to cover the cancellation and handling fees.
