❤ Exclusive Shopping at stores (max 20 mins)

Service Fee: 10% of the total purchased amount or $15 whichever is higher

❤ Online Shopping Requests

Service Fee: 10% of the total purchased amount or $11 whichever is higher

Domestic Shipping Fee: If applicable

15 items and more 15% fee will apply for total purchased amount

❤ Live Selling (TokuDeals' Store)

This will be used as deposit and can be used as shipping or shopping credit for the live selling purchases. No purchases can be made during live selling if the customer fails to pay the deposit before or during the live event. 

Order Cancellation.
Tokudeals may cancel any accepted orders or refuse or delay shipment of any orders if Purchaser fails to pay the confirmed Pre-order items.

All cancellations must be approved by TokuDeals. A minimum storage fee of five percent (5%) of the net price or $10, whichever is higher, will apply for every 2 weeks after 2 weeks of holding your order for shipment as per customer's request. 

Refund Policy.
All purchase transactions made through the Services are subject to TokuDeals' refund policy in effect at the time of purchase in case the product is over-sold or the supplier is out of stock.

*No refund will be processed once the pre-order item is confirmed and purchased.
