[PRE-PAID] Shopping Service Fee

SERVICE FEE  + Misc Fee will be added after the event $5*

PRE-PAID Transaction for Live shopping and pick-up events.

If the request is fulfilled - the Pre-Paid  Fee will be used for the actual total Service Fee.

❤ In-store shopping service fee (pickup and live shopping)
$11 for 1 to 2 items
$15 for orders of more than 2 items or 10% of the total purchased amount whichever is higher
Paypal Fee: 5.1%

We will refund 100% if no transaction is made.

❤ Exclusive Shopping at stores (max 20 mins)
Service Fee: 10% of the total purchased amount or $15 whichever is higher
Miscellaneous Fee: Depends on the store location and registration/entrance fee required at the venue
Paypal Fee: 5.1%

Order Cancellation.
Tokudeals may cancel any accepted orders or refuse or delay shipment of any orders if the Purchaser fails to pay the confirmed Pre-order items.

All cancellations must be approved by TokuDeals. A minimum storage fee of five percent (5%) of the net price or $10, whichever is higher, will apply for every week after 1 week of holding your order for shipment as per the customer's request. 

Refund Policy.
All purchase transactions made through the Services are subject to TokuDeals' refund policy in effect at the time of purchase in case the product is over-sold or the supplier is out of stock.

*No refund will be processed once the pre-order item is confirmed and purchased.
